Thousand Trails Lake Medina

We heard nothing but bad things about the Medina TT.  So we scheduled a week to be there but once we got there within an hour we had extended another week.   This park is really nice.   It's quiet it's wooded.  There are a ton of deer and even some wild turkeys.

We were happy we had the fence. Otherwise the deer would have helped themselves to the corn that we bought.  They sell corn at the park or you can get 50 pound bags from the tru value.  We went through several 50 pound bags.

 

The sites vary ALOT.  some are pretty small and others are spacious.  We took a 30 amp site on the lower area as it was a good size and pretty level.  Later we realized the sites down by the lake are pretty nice.  Next time we go there we will look for one of those.

Medina is far away from everything.  walmart is an hour.  You can get basic groceries within 20 minutes but just getting out of the park takes a bit of time.
